TRC displays a graph superimposing brain blood flow measurement signals and beta values obtained from GLM(separate regressors, FIR) analysis. This allows you to visually grasp the trends of oxy and beta values. If there is a contradiction between the trends of the two, the GLM analysis has not been performed properly. This may be due to noise such as artifacts, or unreasonable explanatory variables for drift correction. This graph allows you to immediately judge the validity of GLM analysis visually.
