Pre-Whitening function reduces autocorrelation noise. The autocorrelation noise (biometric signals and body motion) is troublesome for detecting the brain activation in the fNIRS signal. Pre-Whitening function is implemented in BRANL. This function may find out new brain activation close to the truth.
