BRANL tests the validity of the regressors calculated by GLM. ‘R2′(coefficient of determination) and ‘ervar'(mean square residuals) of the stats(MATLAB regress function) information. The closer ‘R2’ is to 1.0, the more brain activity is explained by the explanatory variables, and the lower the ‘ervar’ , the higher the accuracy.
