Wavelet Coherence

The coherence of two data is analyzed. This function is suitable for the analysis of Hyper Scanning. Since 20 targets files are loaded, you select two targets and set the arbitrary time range, you can visualize the correlation of two targets easily.

You can zoom the selected channel. This case is 10 chanel.

Multi Duration

Eight different duration time of task are covered.

Two methods are available, fir and gmf.

BRANL: BRain signal ANaLysis tool

BRANL performs data preprocessing and statistical analysis of fNIRS data using GLM method.

GLM method provides a logical elucidation of the data. The data contains components of various factors, and the data is classified into each factor to extract the brain activation component.
